The maps are automatically generated from the National Hydrological Model for the primary purpose of providing a quick model assisted overview of the current hydrological conditions in Denmark.

The model uses climate data from DMI FrieData: observed climate grided data for the last 30 days and prognosis climate grided data for the next two days.

Observed groundwater depth are from selected wells that represent shallow groundwater
